  • Try to consume small meals throughout the day every 3-4 hours
  • Eliminate consumption of sugary beverages, especially beer, alcohol and soda
  • Perform cardiovascular activity on a regular and consistent basis (3-5 times per week)
  • Drinking minimally 8 glasses of water per day
