The Body Principle Group Training Classes

At the Body Principle, we offer several Group Training Classes to accommodate your fitness goals. If you do not see a day or time that works for you and/or your group (friends, co-workers, etc.), we can create a class for you.  Contact us today to create your customized group training class.

To get started, Register for a new account or Sign-In if you already have an account.

Once you Sign-In, you can purchase a Session Package below or contact us for a FREE Session if you are new to The Body Principle.

For returning members with remaining session credits, under JOIN CLASS, choose your class time below and click Sign Up. If you do not have remaining sessions, purchase new sessions before registering for a class.

Please Note: To join a session, you must register online the day before (deadline 9 p.m.) the scheduled boot camp or contact Angela at contact@thebodyprinciple.com if you have missed the registration deadline.

Fast and Furious Boot Camp
This is a high intensity total body workout designed to challenge the mind and the body. This class is not for the weak and weary but for those individuals that are willing to push beyond the threshold.

The pace is fast and you may become furious, but you will love your body when the season is over.

Kick Fit Kickboxing
This is a moderate to high intensity workout developed for those that are looking to punch and kick their way to the fittest body they have ever had!

Kickboxing burns 100's of calories, tones both the upper and lower body, increases stamina, and improves cardio-respiratory efficiency.
