Nutrition Coaching

Proper nutrition is essential to optimal health.

Clients are taught the importance of key nutrients and their function, the concepts of balance, variety and moderation, and tips on how to create a healthy eating environment at home, school and work.  Nutrition plans are created based on the general food preferences of client, TBP recommended consumption patterns and overall nutritional needs of client.  Clients learn how to make healthy, balanced, and nutrient dense food choices for short- and long-term health and peak performance.
