Personal & Partner Training

Every body is different and each person has their own unique challenges and goals.

Individual training sessions are customized and based on the observed muscular imbalances, upper/lower body postural distortion patterns, fitness level and goals of each client.  Each workout incorporates appropriate corrective exercise strategies, and the TBP seven components of optimal fitness—balance, joint stabilization/strength, flexibility, core stabilization/strength, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiorespiratory efficiency.

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.  Twenty-four-hours (24) notice prior to your scheduled appointment must be given to cancel your training appointment or your package will be charged a session. Rescheduled appointments with less than 24-hour notice must be rescheduled for the same day to save that session.  Note:  All packages are non-refundable & non-transferable.  All packages are good for 120 days from date of purchase.
