Single Session Comprehensive Assessment and Testing
Comprehensive assessment and testing is designed to identify prospective client’s overall health status. During this session, the trainer creates a client profile based on medical and general health information, identifies movement dysfunctions and muscle imbalances, and determines the fitness goals of the client to create an effective workout program.
